In Berlin-Westend, three sophisticated city villas are being built
Fine clinker brick facades, elegant French windows, and broad balconies and terraces - this
is the outer appearance of an ambitious housing project being carried out by the AVILA Group
in Berlin's leafy Westend district.
Immediately to the north side is the historic water tower built by Heinrich Seelig in 1909,
as well as a clinic and university outpatient department of Berlin's CharitÚ hospital, both
part of the Benjamin Franklin campus.
